Our forward operating food service team will support operations in international locations to ensure your mission is a success. We are fully capable of providing trained and certified personnel to feed temporary and on-going missions. We create, maintain and successfully meet established project schedules with a special emphasis and focus on Customer Satisfaction. We also develop, implement, and enforce the highest standards of sanitation and personal hygiene for our food service personnel, in accordance with Tri-Service Food Code TB Med 530, Food Service Sanitation. Most importantly and to ensure our presence remain a welcome entity, we ensure our personnel adhere to all host nation standards of conduct.
In addition, our trained food service professionals are well knowledgeable and remain vigilantly responsible for receiving, storing an issuing of CLASS I Operational Rations. Conducting menu planning and preparation from the US Armed forces 28-day menu. Our warehouse personnel can effectively operate the Requisitioning and Acquisition of subsistence through the System Total Ordering Ration Electronic Receipt system (STORES) and Army Food Management Information System (AFMIS).

The safeguard of your mission’s equipment, parts and materials are essential components to achieving and maintaining mission success. To manage and protect these assets we ensure we deliver the best-trained and experienced warehouse personnel in direct support of warehouse management, equipment/parts inventory, and material protective measures of vital assets. This includes complete warehouse accountability, inventory management and the ordering, shipping and receiving mission essential products.
These services include Housekeeping, Front desk operations, Key controls, Custodial, Janitorial, Exterior Window Cleaning and Laundry support services for Domestic and International US Government and Military Forward Operating Base locations. We assist in managing lodging bed-down facilities and operations based on the criteria established by the Customer.
To ensure continuous mission sustainment, we provide Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Generator technicians for preventive maintenance and repair. We operate this support in contractually assigned common areas such as office, kitchen and sleeping bed-down quarters. WE provide AC preventive maintenance and repair. Food service Walk-in refrigeration and freezer preventive maintenance and repair to include all contractual mission essential equipment.
Our Grounds maintenance service includes Landscaping and Snow removal in the areas of all access roads and walkways, facility entry/exit points, and all other contracted mission essential areas of operations. To ensure your mission has sustained success we provide, but not limited to, the trimming of lawns and hedges around assigned facilities and common areas. The removal of snow and ice from roads and walkways during the winter season.
In direct support of morale, health and the wellbeing of our forward forces we offer services in managing Fitness operations to include trained instructors, USO Tours, and MWR program operators. Our qualified team caters to the needs of our customers in various functional areas such as recreation programs, fitness center operations, learning resource center operations, community activity center operations, theatre operations, and lifeguard services. Proper housekeeping, clean, sanitary, healthy, presentable, professional work area and safety of the workplace are some key criteria for maintaining the facilities as per the established performance standards set by the Customer.
JHL Support Services will provide an elevated exterior facility cleaning service that exceeds expectations and delivers a sound solution that meets all requirements and customer satisfaction. Our proven techniques cover window cleaning (interior and exterior), power washing (interior and exterior) and Drone cleaning (facility exterior only) services. We will provide supervision, labor and materials required to perform complete cleanliness related services at all US Military and Veteran Hospitals.
